Road Series - for road and fast-moving traffic
Road Series products are made from polyurethane. This is a specialized plastic that has been around for some thirty years. Advances in the field have given this material special properties. Suspension components are among the most highly stressed parts of a car, and are subject to enormous stress.
Originally, these parts were made from rubber-containing products that deteriorate over time. Over time, the vehicle moves more and more, offering less and less control over suspension geometry.
The result is accelerated tire wear, braking instability and poor roadholding.
Powerflex has created a material to solve these problems. It has developed a polyurethane compound that enables it to produce components 25% to 30% stiffer than previous rubber products, while retaining exactly the same noise-absorbing properties.

The PFR5-1104 is a complete muffler unit. It is suitable for recent versions of the first generation from 2003, with a diameter of 60 mm. For older models with a diameter of 80 mm, please refer to the PFR5-1105 kit. For inserts, please refer to kit PFR5-1102, which is used with the original rubber silent block.
