Pair of OBP Rod End Cups for Clio 2 RS 172/182 & Twingo 2 RS

The OBP ball-joint cup set for the Renault Clio 2 RS 172/182 and Twingo RS replaces the original upper shock absorber top mounts with a spherical rod end mounting. Installed on the front axle, they are designed to provide a more direct mount for the shock absorber on cars equipped with a sport suspension or tuned for competition.

This version features fixed wheel camber and therefore does not allow for camber adjustment via the cup. It prioritizes a simple and rigid rod end mounting for users who do not require additional geometry adjustment at this point.

Each cup uses a PTFE-coated carbon steel rod end. This mounting minimizes unwanted movement associated with upper mountings that use more flexible components, thereby promoting more precise operation of the shock absorber and front axle.

OBP shock absorber top mounts are machined from solid 6061 aluminum and then anodized. They feature a 17 mm rod end bore. Reducer inserts can be used separately when adaptation to the shock absorber rod diameter is necessary.

Sold in pairs to fit both sides of the front axle, these OBP rod end cups are compatible with the Renault Clio 2 RS 172, Clio 2 RS 182, and Renault Twingo RS.
