This Milltek Axle-Back half exhaust line is specially designed for the Ford Ranger T9 3.0 V6 TDCI 240 ch (2023+) and Volkswagen Amarok 3.0 V6 turbo diesel 240 ch (2024+). Designed without a rear muffler, it replaces the rear section of the stock exhaust with a dual-outlet GT100 Cerakote Black configuration, positioned on either side of the vehicle in a style inspired by the Ford Ranger Raptor.

This Milltek half-exhaust line modifies the rear section of the exhaust system on the Ford Ranger and Volkswagen Amarok V6 diesel models. Unlike a full exhaust system, the Axle-Back modifies only the rear section, retaining the upstream exhaust components.

Its design features a Y-shaped manifold that directs exhaust gases into two independent rear pipes, one on the left and one on the right. This configuration creates an exhaust outlet layout inspired by that of the Ford Ranger Raptor, while maintaining a layout optimized for compatible vehicles.

The absence of a rear muffler allows for a change in the exhaust’s acoustic behavior. This configuration can give the 3.0 V6 diesel engine a more pronounced sound, although the result also depends on the upstream exhaust components retained.

Manufactured from 304L stainless steel, this Milltek half-pipe system is engineered to withstand the conditions encountered on pickup trucks, including moisture, mud splashes, and temperature fluctuations.

The two 100 mm GT100 outlets feature a Cerakote Black finish. Their black trim adds a sporty look and highlights the new dual-rear-exit configuration.

The kit includes the left and right outlet sections, the Y-shaped splitter pipe, and the mounting brackets required for this configuration. A specific connecting pipe is also included for the Volkswagen Amarok application.
