Founded in 1983, Milltek is a British manufacturer of performance exhaust systems, world-renowned for their quality, performance, and distinctive sound.
Based in the United Kingdom, the brand designs, develops, and tests all its products in-house, at its technical centres in England and Germany, including dyno testing and extensive development on the legendary Nürburgring circuit.

This commitment has made Milltek a benchmark in high-performance exhaust systems for sports cars, tuned vehicles, race applications, and collectors’ models.
The Milltek Sport range covers the entire exhaust system — from headers for naturally aspirated engines and turbo downpipes for forced-induction setups, to mid-sections, silencers, and tailpipes — with solutions tailored to every need:

• Downpipes, decats, and DPF deletes to free up exhaust flow and maximise power. Ideal for Stage 2 and above tuning.

• Turbo downpipes with sport catalysts, available in 100 or 200 CPSI, for maximum gas flow (100 CPSI) or an ideal balance between sound and performance (200 CPSI).

• Cat-back, GPF-back, and half-systems fitted after the catalyst or particulate filter, available in resonated (with silencer – sporty yet refined sound) or non-resonated (straight pipe – raw, racing tone).

• Exhaust manifolds engineered to enhance torque and engine response.

• Complete systems for performance cars and youngtimers, combining OEM look, improved performance, and sportier sound.

• Valve control modules to adjust the exhaust tone according to driving style.

• Active Sound systems for hybrid, electric, or GPF-equipped vehicles, when full exhaust replacements are not possible.

Milltek also offers a wide range of bespoke tailpipes and fitting accessories for a perfect finish and easy installation.

All Milltek exhausts are crafted from T304L stainless steel, known for its heat and corrosion resistance, and are also available in the exclusive Signature Series Titanium, lighter and offering a truly unique tone.

Some models are ECE-approved, allowing legal use on public roads.
