This T304L stainless steel sports exhaust line was specially developed by Milltek for the 2021 and later Land Rover Defender 90 V8 5.0 Supercharged 425 CV & 525 CV models to enhance engine sound and rated engine power while retaining the stock particle filter.
This Special Edition Epoxy Black version features a rear muffler trimmed with a high-temperature black finish, as well as Quad GT90 Cerakote Black outlets, offering a completely black finish that is particularly exclusive and perfectly suited to the premium, rugged style of the Land Rover Defender 90 V8 5.0 Supercharged 425 CV & 525 CV models from 2021 onward.
This Milltek system with an intermediate pipe installs easily on the Land Rover Defender 90 V8 5.0 Supercharged 425 CV & 525 CV models from 2021 onward, without requiring any ECU modifications and without triggering any error messages on the dashboard. It delivers a consistent, sporty sound that is more pronounced than the stock system, while maintaining excellent comfort for everyday use.
The system is designed around a 70 mm diameter structure and retains the original valves to maintain active sound management according to the vehicle’s different driving modes.
This FAP-Back / GPF-Back replaces the section of the exhaust line downstream of the original particle filter and incorporates the original valve actuator—if the vehicle is equipped with one—to preserve active sound management.
Installing it after the DPF allows for mounting without engine remapping while preserving all of the vehicle’s original electronics.
