This Paoli F4 pressure regulator with dual gauges reduces and controls the feed pressure for compatible pneumatic equipment. Designed for high-air-demand competition setups, it accepts an inlet pressure of 350 bar and delivers a maximum flow rate of 500 Nm³/h at 20 bar outlet pressure.
Its balanced piston mechanism and hi-flow design minimize pressure drop between when the system is idle and when the tool is in use. The two gauges allow separate monitoring of the inlet and outlet pressures.
The F4 features a brass body, a hi-flow filter, and a pressure relief valve set to 50 bar. It is particularly suitable for systems powering Paoli impact wrenches and compatible Airjack pneumatic lifting systems.
The available flow rate must be appropriate for the consumption of the tool or system being supplied. Also verify that the fittings, flexible hoses, and all components are compatible with the pressures being used.
The outlet pressure gauge’s scale up to 100 bar does not constitute authorization for use at that pressure. The valve is calibrated to 50 bar, and the setting must comply with the limits of the connected equipment.
Use fittings that match the bsp threads at the inlet and outlet. The connection to the pressure source must be selected based on your specific installation.
Paoli recommends using a high-pressure oiler compatible with the controller and having the unit serviced regularly by the manufacturer or an authorized service center. Oiling must comply with the requirements of the equipment being supplied.
