The Blow Off Valve E-DV Forge Motorsport for Toyota is a new generation turbo dump valve designed for drivers and tuners looking for performance, reliability, and easy installation on 1st and 2nd generation

This valve Forge E-DV, known as an electronic dump valve, can be fitted as a direct replacement for the original, without any modifications or additional accessories: no vacuum hose, no remote solenoid valve, no complex connections.

It connects directly to the original solenoid plug, while offering much better responsiveness and reliability.

In terms of performance, the Dump Forge E-DV responds immediately to the slightest demand from your turbo: zero leaks, ultra-responsive “Motorsport” solenoid control and full compatibility with the original engine management system, with no engine errors or faults.

It improves the reliability of the turbo and its response time, even under intensive use.

Everything has been designed for perfect integration: 360° rotatable body, Plug & Play wiring harness, removable and repairable design for easy maintenance. It adapts effortlessly to all engine configurations.

Machined from aerospace-grade 6082 aluminum with a black anodized finish, this Forge Dump Valve is designed to withstand the stresses of tuned or reprogrammed engines (stage 1 or 2). It has been tested up to 7 bar.

The Forge E-DV electronic dump valve eliminates the main flaw of original dump valves, namely fragile membranes, which are often the source of leaks and degraded performance, to deliver a crisper turbo response without triggering the engine warning light.

Two versions are available, depending on your preferences:

• External vacuum or Amotspheric: for a distinctive, racing sound with the famous pshiiit.

No, management is now fully electronic. Adjustment is automatically handled by your engine mapping, even in stage 1 or 2.

What is the maximum pressure that the Forge E-DV dump valve can withstand?

The valve has been tested up to 7 bar of pressure without any problems. At this level, it remains fully functional.

Beyond this, for extreme power, it is generally recommended to switch to specific external discharge systems, but the E-DV more than covers the needs of even the most demanding road or track configurations.

Is a maintenance kit available for the Forge E-DV dump valve?

Yes, a single maintenance kit is available for the entire E-DV dump valve range. The bodies are all identical; only the flanges vary depending on the application.
