Revotec Adjustable Thermocontact Kit, Ø25 mm, y for 12V 30A fan

The Revotec Ø25 mm adjustable thermocontact kit for electric fans automatically controls the cooling radiator based on cooling fluid temperature. This complete electronic controller mounts directly onto the upper radiator hose and allows you to precisely set the fan activation threshold.
The activation temperature is adjustable from 70 to 120°C. When the cooling fluid reaches the selected value, the fan automatically turns on. It then shuts off when the temperature drops 3°C below the selected activation threshold, ensuring autonomous management of engine cooling.
This Revotec hose-mounted fan controller is particularly useful for installing an electric fan, modifying an existing cooling system, or restoring a vehicle. Since the temperature is measured directly in the cooling fluid, no additional external temperature sensor is required to control the fan.
Made of aluminum, the Revotec controller integrates directly into the upper coolant hose of the system. Its compact design and pre-wired harness make it easy to achieve a clean installation, whether on a classic car, a modified vehicle, or a competition-spec vehicle.
The system operates at 12 V on vehicles with a negative ground. It is paired with a 30 A relay and includes a 700 mm wiring harness. The current draw of the electric fan connected to the controller must not exceed 30 A.
Be careful when selecting the diameter: the Ø25 mm size corresponds to the outside diameter of the Revotec controller. It therefore corresponds to the inner diameter of the hose in which it will be installed. Be sure to check the inner diameter of your upper hose before placing your order.
