CARTEK power distribution panel

The Cartek Electrical Distribution Panel is a fully integrated, fully electronic solution for electrical distribution in competition cars. Designed to replace 16 fuses, relays and switches as well as several selectable control functions, this device greatly simplifies wiring.

Operation:

The electrical distribution panel draws 12V power directly from the battery and redistributes that power to all the car's electrical systems. The 16 power outputs of the distribution panel are controlled by push buttons on the front of the panel. They can also be controlled by external switches and incoming signals. These power outputs are fully protected with 7 selectable current settings, eliminating the need for fuses or circuit breakers. The function of each channel is also selectable from 8 options.

Features:

- 16 user-configurable channels (no computer required)
- Selectable current settings: 0; 5; 10 or 15A. Combination of two channels for 20; 25 or 30A
- selectable functions such as:
=> momentary action (e.g. choke, windshield washer pump)
=> locking (with memory)
=> locking (without memory)
=> locking with timer (e.g. screen heating)
=> flashing (e.g. turn signals)
=> switching (e.g. low beam/high beam)
=> momentary action at 0V (used as an ordinary switch for engine ECU boards, ...)
- protection against overcurrent and short circuit (no fuse or relay needed)
- 2 inputs for XR battery isolator allowing the XR battery isolator to switch off the distribution panel
- comes standard with a wiper control module
- 16 momentary switch inputs allowing all channels to be controlled by external switches or the Cartek wireless control system
- 16 engine ECU inputs, allowing the ECU to control channels such as windshield washer pumps and fans
- 4 inputs dedicated to functions: flashing for lights, washing for wipers, wiper position

The Cartek distribution panel is supplied with two sets of backlit labels: a multicolor set and a black and white set.

Attention: It is necessary to purchase the CK-PDP-CC or CK-PDP-LF connector for the proper operation of the distribution panel.
