Difference between one-way and two-way caps

 

The Mishimoto radiator caps is available in two versions: one-way and two-way.

 

One-way: The caps primarily manages pressure in the system and drainage to the expansion tank in a single direction.

 

Two-way: It also manages the return of air/fluid from the vase to the radiator during cooling, for more complete and stable operation.
