ITG Megaflow JC40 Air Filter for Twin Carburetors - 65 mm

The ITG Megaflow JC40 air filter is a foam main filter designed for small twin-carburetor setups. This straight-sided version offers an internal height of 65 mm and pairs with an ITG JC40 series base plate adapted to the carburetor being used.

The JC40/65 measures 379 mm long by 142 mm wide. Its internal height of 65 mm corresponds to the available clearance inside the filter housing, particularly for intake horns or trumpets. Its external height of 90 mm helps control the filter’s overall footprint in the engine compartment.

The Megaflow system is based on a modular design: the JC40 filter mounts onto a base from the same JC40 series, which should be selected based on the carburetor, its bore, and its mounting center distance. This configuration allows you to choose the filter and the corresponding base separately for your installation.
