This Milltek GPF-Back exhaust line with intermediate pipe (Non-Resonated) was specially developed for the Mini Cooper S F66 2.0T (2024+) to enhance engine sound and rated engine power while retaining the stock particle filter. Its mounting downstream of the particle filter allows for installation without engine remapping.
This version features GT100 Cerakote Black outlets, offering a premium black finish that is highly resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. They add a more assertive style while seamlessly integrating with the Mini Cooper S F66 (2024+) aesthetic.
This Milltek exhaust system with a non-resonated intermediate pipe delivers a more pronounced and sportier sound than the stock system while maintaining excellent comfort for everyday driving. Crafted from T304L stainless steel and featuring a diameter of 76.20 mm (3 inches), it promotes better exhaust gas flow while remaining fully compatible with the stock system.
This version comes with a Milltek Design diffuser overlay (Sport Diffuser Overlay) that attaches to the stock rear diffuser to seamlessly integrate the new exhaust outlets. A cutout in the stock diffuser is required for mounting.
This GPF-Back system replaces the section of the exhaust line located after the original particle filter. Mounting it after the particle filter allows for mounting without engine remapping while preserving the vehicle’s original electronics.
