MOTIP 4000 Series High Temperature Clear Coat 400ml

Use MOTIP Heat Resistant Clear Coat to treat treated and untreated surfaces exposed to high temperatures on your car.

Before use, read the instructions on the packaging carefully and act accordingly. Pre-treatment : The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Remove old lacquer particles and rust, then lightly sand the surface. Do not apply primer. Treatment: Surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Spray can must be at room temperature. Best processing temperature 15 to 25°C. Before use, shake can for 2 minutes and spray a sample. Distance to surface to be treated approx. 25 to 30 cm. Apply the heat-resistant clear lacquer in several thin coats. Shake can again before applying the next coat. Allow to dry at room temperature for one hour. Then heat for 30 to 60 minutes (160°C) to harden the paint layer. The paint hardening process gives off smoke. After use, clean the valve (hold the aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds). Drying time depends on ambient temperature, humidity and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
