Made of aluminum, this open-circuit dump valve releases compressed air into the atmosphere, producing the famous "Pschhht" typical of rally cars. This allows faster throttle response, and a higher load to retain turbo pressure more securely. All Forge Motorsport double-piston atmospheric dump valves have been designed to evacuate 100% of the residual compressed air remaining in the intake system when the throttle is closed. We do our utmost to allow compatibility of this product on vehicles equipped with flowmeters, but we cannot guarantee that all configurations will be compatible with an atmospheric dump valve.
