Information on SSV Dakar regulations:

- Connectors must be located outside the vehicle, side by side, on the left-hand side, behind the passenger compartment.
- Fittings must be easily accessible and connectable.

- Fittings must be protected from dust by protective covers.

- Connections must not protrude beyond the main structure of the vehicle, to be protected in the event of an accident

- Fittings must be protected from leaks into the engine environment.
- Connector/reservoir hoses must have a minimum internal diameter of 22mm.
