The story of the Peugeot 205 begins in 1982. Two years after its birth, it becomes the best-selling car in France. Prepared in its Turbo 16 200BHP version, the 205 becomes a legend in motorsport with Vatanel, Salonen and Kankkunen.
The 205 GTI 1.9L was born in December 1986 and its name will be forever associated to sport. Thanks to its weight/power ratio and a very agile chassis, the 205 GTI has an exceptional dexterity!
Made of a strong basis of preparation, the reliability was the most developed part of the 205 GTI to gain the best performances.
