40th Anniversary Competition Rules: 10 x €4,000 to take part in a race
1. Organising Company
S.A.S GT2i, hereinafter referred to as the "Organising Company", based at 34 rue de Jugurtha, 34000 Montpellier (RCS 335 062 972), is organising a competition entitled: "40 years, 10 x €4,000 to take part in a race", from 1 February 2026 to 30 November 2026, hereinafter referred to as "the Contest".
2. Purpose of the Contest
2.1. Principle of the Contest
The Organising Company will award 10 randomly selected customers with "racing budgets" of €4,000, i.e. one budget allocated per month, and a total budget of €40,000. These budgets must be used to participate in a motorsport event, and the winners undertake to participate in an event within 12 months of the draw. Winners are free to choose the event(s) for which they wish to use their budgets. The events chosen must be organised by a motorsport federation.
The terms and conditions for releasing the funds and the eligible races are detailed in section "3. Prize money" of these rules.
2.2. Conditions of participation
The Game is open to all natural persons of legal age residing anywhere in the world, except:
- anyone who has collaborated in the organisation of the Game,
- employees of the Organising Company,
- anyone who is prohibited from participating in this type of Competition by law, regulations or administrative or judicial decisions.
- professionals, companies and, more generally, any legal entity.
Any participant under the age of 18 must obtain prior authorisation from a parent or guardian before participating in the Game and accepting these rules. The Organising Company may ask any participant to prove that they are of legal age or to prove if they have obtained such authorisation and, if necessary, disqualify any participant who cannot provide such proof.
Participants acknowledge and agree that the information entered for their purchase constitutes proof of their identity and is binding upon validation. This information will be recorded for participation in the Contest. Participants agree to provide the Organising Company with accurate and up-to-date information. Entries in the Game will be cancelled if the information entered is incorrect, incomplete, falsified or provided in violation of these rules. Participants authorise the Organising Company to verify their identity, age and place of residence, without the Organising Company being obliged to systematically verify all the information received for participation in the Contest, but possibly limiting this verification to the information of potential winners.
The Organising Company accepts no responsibility in the event of non-compliance by any participant with the exclusions indicated above.
2.3. Methods of registration
This Competition is open to anyone who has placed an order with GT2I for a minimum amount of €40 including VAT, excluding shipping costs (forty euros including all taxes) during one of the Competition registration periods. There are ten registration periods for the Game, with ten prize draws and ten winners: one registration period per month from February 1st to November 30th, 2026 (see Appendix 1).
Orders entitling customers to register for the Game free of charge can be placed directly via the Call Center, via the GT2i websites (www.gt2i.com, www.gt2i.es, www.gt2i.ch), the mobile app, or GT2I stores in France (34 rue Jugurtha 34074 Montpellier), Spain (Ctra. De Sils, 17430 Santa Coloma de Farners, Girona, Spain), in Switzerland (Rte d'Ecublens 38C, 1673 Promasens, Switzerland), hereinafter referred to as "participating stores".
There are two ways to register:
For orders placed via the website or mobile site, a registration form is available in the checkout process (just before payment), which will confirm registration for the prize draw and acceptance of the terms and conditions, at the same time as the order itself
For other orders, placed via the call center or in-store, customers who have placed an order of more than €40 including VAT and excluding delivery costs will receive an email with a link to a registration page within 24 hours of placing their order.
A player can only register once for each monthly draw. Repeated orders within the dates of the same draw do not increase the chances of winning: one player = one chance. Multiple orders from the same person = 1 chance. Players may therefore only register once for each draw, even if they are playing on behalf of someone else, as specified in Article 3.3.
Registration for the Game implies acceptance of these rules.
2.4. Dates and prize draws
The Game consists of 10 prize draws, which will take place between March 2026 and December 2026 inclusive. The dates of participation correspond to the months of purchase: one draw for players in February, one for players in March, one for players in April, etc.
At the end of each month, a judicial officer will draw the winner from among the customers who registered for the Game the previous month. The judicial officer will also draw two alternates, in case the winner does not claim their prize.
The winner will be notified as soon as possible by telephone or email. If the winner refuses the prize or cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw, the first alternate will be contacted to award the prize. The first alternate will then have 30 days to claim their prize under the conditions specified in these rules. If the first alternate fails to do so, the second alternate will be contacted. The second alternate will also have 30 days to claim their prize. If the winner and both alternates fail to do so, the prize will not be awarded.
3. Prize and conditions of award
3.1. Principle
The winners' prize consists of a budget of €4,000 to participate in a motorsport event. The prize will only be awarded if the winner undertakes to participate in at least one motorsport event taking place within 12 months of the draw.
3.2. Procedure
Once the winner has been notified of the draw, they must inform the Organising Company of the race(s) in which they wish to participate within 30 days. The Organising Company reserves the right to refuse to finance races that are not organised under the supervision of a motor racing federation. If the winner and the Organising Company cannot agree on at least one event within one month, the prize will be awarded to the first substitute drawn. Similarly, if the Organising Company and the first substitute cannot agree on at least one event within 30 days, the prize will be awarded to the second substitute. If this also fails, the prize will not be awarded.
The €4,000 budgets will be released upon presentation of invoices corresponding to participation in events validated by the Organising Company. The expenses covered may vary and include: the purchase of a licence from the motorsport federation, entry fees for the event, race car rental, the purchase of mechanical parts for car preparation, tyres, driver equipment, travel expenses to the race, insurance for the race car and any other expenses that may arise in connection with participation in one or more events.
An approved GT2I-coloured racing suit in the appropriate size will be provided to the winner, who must wear it during at least one of the races validated by the Organising Company.
3.3. Playing for someone else to win, and transfer of prize
A player may decide to play on behalf of someone else. In this case, the player must specify that they are playing for someone else and provide the name of the person for whom they are playing at the time of registration. If the draw selects a participant who has played for someone else, then the person designated at the time of the participant's registration must, if they wish, accept these rules in order to claim their prize.
Except in the case described above, the prize may not under any circumstances be transferred by a winner to a third party. If the winner does not wish to claim the prize for himself or herself, it will be awarded to a substitute as described in Article 2.4 of these rules.
4. Acceptance of the rules
This Competition, which is subject to a purchase obligation, is governed by chance, and each participant undertakes to comply with its spirit and rules. By participating in the Competition, the participant accepts these rules purely, simply and unreservedly. Participants shall refrain from implementing or seeking to implement any participation process that does not strictly comply with the principles of the Contest and these rules. The Organising Company also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who alters the functioning of the Contest or violates the official rules of the Contest.
5. Force majeure
The Organising Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel this Game due to events beyond its control.
6. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with participation in the Game is recorded and used by the organiser for the purposes of participation and the awarding of prizes. Participants in this competition authorise the processing of their personal data by the organising company in connection with the Game and for commercial prospecting purposes. The organising company may share participants' personal data with third parties that it uses to organise the Contest. These third parties will be required to respect the confidentiality and security of the data they may receive and to use it only for the purposes of the task entrusted to them.
7. Disputes
The rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be decided exclusively by the organiser. No telephone enquiries or complaints regarding the application of these rules will be answered. Any dispute or complaint relating to the Game and the draw must be made in writing to the following address: GT2i, 34, rue de Jugurtha 34 000 Montpellier
8. Promotional operations and image rights
By accepting their prizes, winners authorise the organiser to use their names, brands and company names for promotional purposes on any medium of its choice, without this reproduction giving rise to any remuneration or compensation other than the prize won.
Winners agree to provide images of their preparation for the competition and of the competition itself for promotional purposes for the Organising Company.
9. Responsibilities
The Organising Company's responsibility is strictly limited to the delivery of prizes that have been effectively and validly won. Participation in the Contest is entirely at the participant's own risk.
Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser's sole obligation in relation to the Competition is to submit the entry forms collected to the draw, provided that their participation complies with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to award the prizes to the winners, in accordance with the criteria and procedures set out in these Rules.
The organiser cannot be held liable for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network, or the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse, without this list being exhaustive. Participation in the Competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the internet in terms of technical performance, response times for viewing, querying or transferring information.
The Organising Company accepts no responsibility for any incidents, accidents, damage or other events that may occur during the sporting event undertaken by the winner. Motorsport involves risks, and it is up to each participant to take responsibility for deciding whether to take part in an event, in full knowledge of the facts. Under no circumstances will the Organising Company force a player to take part in a motorsport event.
The rules of the game have been filed with SAS EXADEX (LANÇON-SCHUYTEN-GEORGET-MATHIEU), a bailiff's office in MONTPELLIER, located at 161 rue Yves Montand, Parc 2000. The rules can be consulted on the following website: (website) and can be sent free of charge to the participant's address upon written request.
