Forge Motorsport were among the first manufacturers in the world to design two-piece aluminum wastegates. Originally for Cosworth, Renault 5 GT Turbo and Lancia Integral Turbo, they quickly developed a huge range.

When you install a Forge actuator, you can make a complete and precise adjustment and manage your specific turbo pressure needs, this product offers better turbo response and control. It is manufactured with a stock spring that is suitable for pressures slightly higher than factory turbo pressures.
This actuator can be modified with a stiffer spring upon request, for prepared vehicles where higher turbo pressures are required.
The wastegate was designed and built to increase turbo pressure. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all models, nor can we guarantee the ability to increase turbo pressure above the level defined by the vehicle's engine programming at the time of installation, either original or modified.
The diaphragm configuration is the default, but a piston configuration is also available. This innovation is unique to Forge Motorsport and offers similar performance to the diaphragm, as well as less maintenance due to the strength of the piston.

Forge and its distributors disclaim any responsibility for damage caused by the installation or adjustment of this product on a car whose programming, whether stock or modified, does not allow an additional level of adjustment.

Note : Forge Motorsport Turbo Actuator for the Borg Warner 06D 145 701J Turbo found in the Audi A4 2.0T (2005-2009) and A6 2.0T (2005-2011).
