Forge Dump Valve Volkswagen Up! 1.0 Tsi

This valve kit allows the installation of a fast-response blow off valve on the VAG 1.0 TSI/GTI engine, including the VW UP.

As the engine is not equipped with a standard bypass valve, Forge Motorsport has developed a two-piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when lifting the throttle, but it also increases throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag, it is designed to help the turbocharger maintain its speed ready for when you accelerate, as well as prolonging the life of your turbo.

Due to the exposed position of the original supercharger hose and the nature of an engine's heat cycle, the plastic from which the original hose is made can deteriorate over time, becoming brittle and susceptible to supercharger leaks. This kit completely replaces that plastic hose from turbo to manifold with a silicone hose (available in a choice of colors), and everything you need to install the valve is included in the kit along with full instructions.

• The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive modified silicone lining known as Fluorosilicone. This ensures that the color of the silicone hose remains bright and vibrant.
• This means that Forge Motorsport hoses can be used with modern long-life coolants, organic acid technology (O.A.T.) coolants and oil mist.
• The construction of the hose has been designed to exceed that of the original parts, and the Forge Motorsport hose will enhance any engine compartment both technically and aesthetically.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that this product will fit all aftermarket air intakes. Please note that if you have the extra spout on your intake pipe as seen in the image in the drop-down menu entitled Photo 1, then this part will fit your vehicle.

Please note that the 2021 engine may have some differences due to the difference in the map sensor and the turbocharger coupler, please check with the photos in the drop down menu (Photos 2 and 3), if your map sensor and screw coupler look like photos 2 and 3, FMDV9 and FMDV18 are not compatible.
