Forge oil cooler Toyota Yaris GR

The Forge FMOC12 oil cooler has its inlet and outlets placed in the correct position for optimum flow. When oil coolers are mounted upside down, it can lead to cavitation (air plugs) in the system, which over an extended period of time can lead to engine fatigue and potentially damage to internal components due to insufficient engine lubrication.
The research and development team spent countless hours researching the best possible configuration for mounting the cooler on the Yaris GR, with all aspects of the design considered.

Unlike many oil cooler kits, the FMOC12 holds the stock water oil cooler in position. This essentially doubles the oil cooling of your engine. The kit was also developed to use a custom laser-cut aluminum bracket that fits perfectly on the Toyota Yaris GR roll bar. Two pre-assembled, high-quality double-braided AN-8 oil lines are included with the performance parts kit.

The Forge oil cooler is available in three colors: stealth black for the OEM look, raw alloy, or red for a racing parts look.

Oil temperatures can reach dangerous levels on the racetrack or during heavy driving in hotter climates. Increasing the oil temperature will only result in a reduction of sufficient lubrication to your engine's internal components. The location of the car oil cooler at the front of the vehicle's radiator grill allows for superior airflow and during the development of this product, a significant reduction in oil temperatures has been noted.
