By carcassing the header us manifolds, this thermal sheath retains the heat of the exhaust gases, allowing them to be expelled more quickly by dropping their density. This process improves gas recovery efficiency while lowering intake temperatures, a dual benefit that optimises engine power and performance.

Capable of withstanding continuous temperatures of up to 1093°C (2000°F) , the insulator carcass is made without asbestos, ensuring safe use and compliance with modern standards. Featuring Thermo-Tec's exclusive Thermal Conduction Technology (TCT), it prevents the risk of over-insulation when installed correctly. This advanced trim regulates heat distribution across the entire surface of the carcass, ensuring a perfect balance between heat retention and heat dissipation.
