Cool It aluminised thermal barrier // 1M x 15.2M (40 ‘x 50ft)

Made from woven silica with a flexible aluminised finish, this thermal barrier offers exceptional protection against radiant heat. Its highly reflective surface withstands radiant temperatures of up to 1093°C (2000°F), while the fabric flank withstands temperatures of up to 537°C (1000°F).

Easy to install, it can be fixed using standard rivets with support washers or sealing tape adhesive. For secure application to header us manifolds or exhaust systems, specialist clamps or straps, such as Thermo-Tec's Snap Strap, can be used.

Its modular design allows it to be easily cut to suit specific needs, ensuring effective and reliable thermal management in demanding automotive environments
