Large-volume intake pipe Mini 1.5/2.0 Turbo

This CNC-machined high-flow duct replaces the standard plastic intake duct and eliminates the resonator. These components were developed at Forge Motorsport's headquarters in Gloucester, UK. This high-flow intake manifold can be used with both the standard airbox and the Forge intake kit (FMINDF56). The connections on this pipe are CNC-machined, yet all standard components can be easily connected to it (e.g. a blow-by heater or a vacuum port). Designed as a direct replacement for the standard plastic turbo hoses which tend to break on Mini F56 JCWs. Connectors are made from aluminum tube, then CNC-cut and mandrel-bent to form an unrestricted conduit, with hand TIG-welded fittings. The silicone hoses supplied are of the highest quality. The rigid hoses have been designed to fit into the space between the engine and the chassis, to ensure a similar fit to the production one. No other modifications are necessary.
