Description

6-paddle AP Racing cerametallic clutch disc. The 184mm AP Racing clutch discs have been designed for maximum performance.
Disc diameter : 184mm
Disc thickness : 7,11mm
External diameter of the shank pinion : 20 teeths / 0,875"

Cerametallic buttons bonded to a steel disc giving improved heat dissipation. A cerametallic clutch assembly is primarily used in rally/off-road and hill climb applications, where more clutch slip is required in order to modulate the drive.
The advantages include resistance to high energy input (i.e. long slip), smoother engagement and less prone to judder over sintered drive plates.
Products designed to adapt vehicles for competition use may prohibit them from being driven on roads open to public traffic, insofar as they significantly modify the characteristics of the vehicles as described in the type-approval report issued by the mines department: noise, pollution, maximum speed, tire size, etc.
