Description

Circular AP Racing clutch disc in sintered metal for rigid dual-disc mounting, diameter 184mm. AP Racing 184mm clutch discs have been developed for maximum performance.
Disc diameter: 184mm
Disc thickness: 2.62mm
Pinion outer diameter: 20 teeth x 0.87".

Sintered metal disc: a thin layer of metal lining is sintered (the metal powder is heated, without melting, and the heat welds the grains together) directly onto a steel disc. Sintered metal disks are generally used for circuitry. Their main advantage is low inertia, which makes for better engine response and faster gear changes, thanks to a lighter, smaller structure than that of ceramic. Sintered metal discs are not suitable for races where you have to play with the clutch (rallies, hill climbs, etc.).

Products designed to adapt vehicles for competition use may prohibit them from being driven on roads open to public traffic, insofar as they significantly modify the characteristics of the vehicles as described in the type-approval report issued by the mines department: noise, pollution, maximum speed, tire size, etc.
