TRIFOAM® or Pleated Cotton Filter?

Foam – Faster, for longer – The highest airflow of all filter types, for the best possible power for more of the time. As a high performance part, regular maintenance is essential to keep it at its very best.

Cotton – Fit and forget – A robust ‘fit and forget’ filter that will last for years. It gives great initial power output but doesn’t have the dust-loading capacity of Trifoam.

The Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet has been engineered as a simple upgrade to significantly increase air flow into the turbocharger. It’s the perfect complement to either our R600 Intake, the standard airbox or indeed any other aftermarket intake system.

A simple fitment, the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet is a large diameter, free flowing intake elbow, CNC machined from aluminium billet to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet.

Without it the potential of any high flow intake system is wasted because any smooth flowing intake charge has to taper down to pass through the tight and restrictive bend of the factory part.

The result? Back-to-back comparisons against the factory elbow on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow.We’ve seen some surprisingly significant power and torque increases from the fitment of the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet as a result of the faster turbo spool and increased airflow it generates. It’s also possible to hear an enhanced sound from the turbo which comes as another benefit for any enthusiast.

If you are planning to use this item on an Ibiza 1.8TFSI, Polo 1.8TFSI or Audi S1 2.0TFSI – You will need to purchase an additional PCV Breather Pipe.

The VWR High-Flow Turbo Inlet Hose is for all MQB 2.0 and 1.8 TSI cars. The reinforced Inlet Hose has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment the VWR R600 Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox.

A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet. 

The large diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose, crucially with enough compliance to allow for adequate engine movement without causing damage to the intake. 

Back-to-back comparisons with the factory pipe on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow, and makes this hose a great compliment to the R600 intake.

Put simply, you'll be wasting a chunk of the hard-gotten gains from your high-flow intake system if you leave this pipe standard.

The Racingline Performance Turbo Outlet Restriction Suppressor is a unique and elegant design that replaces the restrictive, power-damaging OEM part with a smooth, turbulence-free air path out of the turbo.

What does it do?

The standard patch is located on the turbocharger outlet and is simply designed to reduce engine compartment acoustics. While it reduces the harmonic noise generated by the turbo, it also adds disruptive turbulence to the airflow where you don't want it.
By replacing the standard part with this Racingline suppressor, you'll replace this restrictive section with a straight, uninterrupted part.
The result: better boost response, a little more power, and still be able to hear your turbo running.
