BILSTEIN B6 front shock absorber

The B6 shock absorber is designed for sporty drivers who prefer discretion. The excellent steering of the axles allows a constant efficiency even in the worst conditions.

This shock absorber is, in addition to its sporting vocation, a first choice shock absorber in terms of safety.

Compared to the original configuration, the wide, low-profile tires increase the lateral forces on the struts considerably when cornering, destroying the rod guides and seals.

The unparalleled strut technology and the BILSTEIN cartridges absorb these forces and facilitate vertical movements. The steering is thus more precise. In this damper the connecting rod is held from below and the tube guided by large surface rings.

The use of BILSTEIN monotube shock absorbers, lighter, contributing to the reduction of unsprung masses, provides a better grip on the ground.

This shock absorber has a competition / trackday setting. If you want a standard B6 setting, please choose part number BIL-34-030608 (BIL-P303060).
