Forge blow off valve for VAG 1.5 TSi up to 2022 with or without breather

The Forge Motorsport FMDV22 dump valve kit now fits all engine variants with or without a breather valve up to 2022.

As the engine is not equipped with a series bypass valve, Forge has developed a two-piston dump valve that not only gives you an incredibly loud sound when you slow down, but also increases throttle response when shifting gears by reducing turbo lag. It is designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed when you accelerate, while relieving the wheel. If you do not eliminate this stress from your turbo, you risk premature failure. Especially on modified engines and vehicles.

This valve kit allows the installation of the fast response turbo valve, preventing turbo overreving and extending the life of your engine's turbocharger. The kit includes all necessary materials and step-by-step installation instructions with appropriate garage tools to install at home in just a few hours!

Due to the exposed place of the original boost hose and the nature of the heat cycle, the plastic the original hose is made of can deteriorate over length of time, becoming brittle and prone to boost leaks. This kit completely replaces this plastic hose from the turbo to the manifold with a silicone hose (available in a choice of colors!).
