The Hybrid Simpson Sport has been specially designed to be easily removed from the car, providing comfort and greater freedom of movement for the driver.
The Simpson Hybrid Sport is lighter, weighing approximately 950g. It is made of carbon composite, providing better support when braking.

The fasteners allow the driver to detach themselves by pulling on the A-arm attached to the helmet.
The Hybrid Simpson Sport is FIA and SFI 38.1 certified and also approved for FIA 8858-2010 standard or superior helmets.

This Hybrid Simpson Sport is compounded of universal fasteners that are compatible with all HANS clips. The Quick Release fasteners have been designed to provide lateral and frontal support for the helmet for added safety.
