Forge Ford Focus mk4 2.3 ST 280 Induction Kit

The FMINDK37 is FORGE's new cold air intake system for the Focus ST and has been designed to improve airflow in several ways. It delivers air more directly to the vehicle's engine, using a larger diameter bent alloy pipe. This induction system also improves airflow by adding a High-Flow pleated air filter (to maximise surface area and increase airflow) instead of the more restrictive factory air filter.

The CAD-designed, laser-cut, precision-folded heat shield is designed to form a barrier between the air filter and the radiant heat from the engine. It also channels cold air to the air filter to maintain low intake temperatures. The heat shield is designed to integrate with the stock air duct and fits directly into the mounting points and rubbers of the standard stock airbox without the need for modification.

This air intake has been carefully designed to provide better airflow into the turbocharger, ensuring consistent power gains throughout the rev range with no loss of low-end torque, increasing power and improving acoustics for more character and excitement.
