## Description

Black Series - for track and motorsport use
Black Series products are made from polyurethane. This is a specialized plastic that has been around for some thirty years. Advances have enabled us to endow this material with special properties. Suspension parts are among the most highly stressed components on a car, and are subject to enormous stress.
Originally, these parts were made from rubber containing products that deteriorate with age. Eventually, the vehicle moves more and more, offering less and less control over suspension geometry.
This leads to accelerated tire wear, braking instability and poor roadholding.
The products in the Black Serie range stand out because they use Black 95A, Powerflex's hardest material.
So Powerflex created the material to overcome these problems. They designed a polyurethane compound that makes it possible to manufacture parts 25% to 30% stiffer than previous rubber products, while retaining exactly the same noise-absorbing properties.
Why choose Powerflex Black Serie products?

The benefits
- Maximum control of chassis geometry
- 80% more load-bearing than standard rubber
- 25% stiffer than violet material
- Better handling and chassis performance
- More precise chassis alignment
Note: the Black Serie range is available for tuned cars.
However, the ride will be less comfortable, harder and noisier.

On Audi TT MK1, S3 and A3 MK1 and Seat Leon & Cupra MK1 it works with models with a 30mm diameter. It is compatible with cast and stamped steel arms on Leon & Cupra MK1 and A3 MK1 2WD. Please check the size of the original silent block. More recent cars sometimes have a 45mm PFF3-501 silent block. For an adjustable-camber version of this silent bloc, see part no. PFF85-201GBLK.
